When does the Coco & Eve Black Friday sale start?

Our Black Friday deals start November 17th and run through November 30th, 2026.

Do I need a discount code to shop Black Friday deals?

No code is needed — discounts will be applied automatically at checkout.

What’s included in the Black Friday sale?

Self tan, hair care, body care, bundles and gift sets are all included in our Black Friday sale, including new launches. Flash deals on select products will drop on November 20th, 22nd and 24th.

Will Afterpay, Clearpay and Klarna be available for use during the sale?

Yes, all our usual Buy Now, Pay Later providers will be available during the Black Friday sale period.

Are my items reserved in the cart?

No, items in your cart aren’t reserved – so don’t wait around. The best way to ensure you secure your Coco & Eve bargains is to move fast. To check out quickly, we recommend building your wishlist ahead of time and joining our Black Friday Waitlist for early access before the sale opens to everyone. We’re predicting epic numbers of Black Friday shoppers as always and we’d hate for you to miss out!

Can I use other promo codes during the Black Friday sale?

Can I return my order?

Yes, our usual 30-day return policy still applies to all orders during our Black Friday deals. Visit our refund policy page to learn more about our return policies.

I've made a mistake with my order, can I change it?

You can’t change or cancel an order once it’s processed, so it’s best you get your order right the first time around. Double-check and triple-check (if you have to) before clicking that checkout button! If you do make a mistake, please reach out to us at hello@cocoandeve.com and we will see if we can help.

How long does shipping take for Black Friday orders?

Because of high order volumes, Black Friday orders may take several business days to dispatch, plus standard delivery time for your country. External factors like carrier delays can also happen during peak season and contribute to unforeseen delays. Visit our FAQ page for standard shipping costs and delivery times by country. How do I contact Coco & Eve customer service during Black Friday?

The fastest way to reach us during the sale is through our Black Friday support form for all Black Friday-related issues and queries. Please note that our team won’t be able to respond to Black Friday questions sent through social media or other channels. It is possible there will be delays in responses from our customer service team during the sale period, due to high traffic. Please bear with us – we love you and will get back to you as soon as we’re able to!

Response times may be longer than usual because of high volume, so please send one request per issue and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can...

My friend has received their order, where's mine?

Don’t panic – if you ordered before your BFF, but they received their goodies first, it’s not a sign your package is MIA. Our warehouses pack and ship in the most efficient way possible, which isn’t always chronological. Geographical differences play a part too!
